Barclays to cut residential purchase, remortgage and Reward rates

Barclays is reducing mortgage rates across a range of products.

The changes will be effective from tomorrow (14 March).

The changes are as follows:

Residential:

Purchase Only

  • 4.72% 2 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £5m, will decrease to 4.67%
  • 4.76% 5 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £5m, will decrease to 4.63%

Purchase and Remortgage

  • 4.32% 2 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £10m, will decrease to 4.21%
  • 4.52% 2 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 70% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £10m, will decrease to 4.36%
  • 4.62% 2 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £5m, will decrease to 4.52%
  • 4.53% 5 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £10m, will decrease to 4.28%
  • 4.61% 5 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 70% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £10m, will decrease to 4.37%
  • 4.66% 5 Yr Fixed  £1999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £2m, Max loan £5m, will decrease to 4.47%

Existing Customer Reward Range:

  • 4.20% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.06%
  • 4.43% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.36%
  • 4.40% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.26%
  • 4.61% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.48%
  • 4.82% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.75%
  • 5.06% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £0 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m, will decrease to 4.97%
