Aviva appoints UK health chief

Mark Noble, sales and marketing director for Aviva UK Health, has been made health and group risk director.

The promotion takes place with immediate effect and means he will overseethe day-to-day running of Aviva’s UK health operations.

This sees him taking on the day-to-day running of the UK Health business.

Noble will report into Phil Willcock, who was recently made propositions director for Aviva’s life and health businesses.

Adam Beckett, head of strategy, marketing and direct operations will move into the role of sales and marketing director for UK Health.

Willcock said: “I’m thrilled that Mark has agreed to lead UK Health in the next chapter of its growth. He has unparalleled knowledge of the health and group risk markets
