Jess Woodhouse joins as customer services director, overseeing Homeprotect’s customer operations and will bring additional focus as the organisation continues to execute its customer strategy.

She joins from Openreach where she led the service delivery transformation function.

Mark Eastham, CEO at Avantia Group, said: “The growth of our team is central to our plans to help more homeowners with their insurance needs. The appointment of Tim will bring further strategic insight into our business operations, and we’re excited about the contribution Tim will make to the growth of our business.

“Jess joins with the remit to help us bring further differentiation to our customer experience, while we continue to scale, and we are very much looking forward to embedding her ideas into the business.”

Clancy added: “The Homeprotect brand is a growing presence in the insurance industry and I’m excited about the plans for the future. The aim of the organisation, to apply it’s proprietary decisioning platform further and deeper into the insurance value chain, is one that I’m looking forward to helping to deliver.”

Woodhouse, said: “I’m excited about helping the Homeprotect brand reach more customers, empowering them to protect the things they love.”
