Hans Laud-Anderson has joined Assetz Capital as its London and South East relationship director.

With over a decade of experience in property finance, banking, and relationship management, Laud-Anderson (main picture) brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

He has successfully structured and managed complex property development and investment finance transactions, with a proven track record in origination, portfolio management, and strategic client partnerships.

Throughout his career, Hans has developed deep relationships across the property finance ecosystem, from developers and brokers to institutional partners and has been instrumental in supporting a wide range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.

His ability to combine financial acumen with a client-first approach has positioned him as a trusted partner for developers navigating both traditional and alternative funding landscapes.
