Armalytix has launched Complete Compliance Bundles, designed to reduce duplication and delays in property transactions.
The new solution allows firms to combine digital ID, source of funds, anti-money laundering, fraud and affordability checks into a single structured journey for home movers.
Armalytix said the bundles have been developed to meet the needs of property firms at different stages of the transaction process, amid growing pressure to improve financial verification and reduce fall-throughs.
Compliance checks are often carried out by several parties across a transaction, with home movers asked to provide the same information more than once through different systems.
The company said this can slow transactions and increase the risk of inconsistent information being used across the chain.
Complete Compliance Bundles are intended to give firms a verified status for each home mover through one digital journey.
The platform is aimed at estate agents, brokers, lenders and conveyancers, allowing them to work from a consistent base of verified information.
The system includes digital ID, source of funds, AML and fraud checks, with customisable workflows for different roles across the transaction.
It also provides real-time visibility of compliance status across each matter and captures data upfront to reduce repeated checks later in the process.
Armalytix said the approach should help firms reduce manual handling, cut duplication and move transactions forward with greater certainty.
Alex Mangan, head of sales at Armalytix, said: “Property professionals are under pressure to keep transactions moving, while home movers are often asked for the same information multiple times. That creates frustration on both sides.
“Complete Compliance is about simplifying that experience, giving firms a clearer, more structured way to verify transactions, and making the process easier for the people going through it.”
