Another seven-day special from Abbey

On Friday, Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) will launch another Key Account exclusive and reduce rates again by up to 0.20 basis points on its new Flexi Homebuyer and Remortgage products.

Available for seven days only, the latest AFI Key Account exclusive has a maximum loan size of £1 million and no fee.

It is a two-year fix with a rate of 3.35%, available up to 70% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

The intermediary lender is also reducing rates on it new Flexi Homebuyer and Remortgage products including a rate reduced by up to 0.10 basis points at 75% LTV for homebuyers, now 3.29% with a reduced £995 fee and a rate reduced by up to 0.20basis points at 75% LTV for remortgagers, now 3.29% with a reduced £995 fee.

Miguel Sard, managing director at Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “Our new Flexi products offer those higher rate taxpayers with variable ‘bonus’ incomes the flexibility to offset their mortgage.”
