Ampla Finance has appointed three staff across marketing and growth roles as it looks to strengthen support for introducers handling legal finance and inheritance-related lending cases.
The specialist lender has appointed Amanda Wesson as marketing manager, while Hakeem Osinowo and Ryan Eastoe have both joined as growth specialists.
Wesson joins with a background in digital marketing across financial services, including roles at Shawbrook and Funding Circle. Her experience includes SEO, email marketing, campaign delivery and partner engagement.
At Ampla, she will be responsible for marketing activity, introducer communications and how the firm presents its proposition across its channels.
Osinowo joins as growth specialist with experience in bridging, probate and family law-related finance. He has previously worked as a commercial mortgage specialist at Provide Finance and as a case manager at Merryoaks Finance.
His role will involve working with brokers, advisers and legal professionals on complex and time-sensitive cases, with a focus on helping applications to be structured clearly and progress smoothly.
Eastoe also joins as growth specialist, focusing on introducers and clients involved in divorce and inheritance-related funding scenarios.
He brings nearly eight years of client-facing experience, most recently as assistant manager at Haynes Brothers Limited, where he supported team development and sales operations.
The appointments follow recent hires across underwriting, compliance and growth, including Grace Fuller as head of underwriting, Brogan Buckley as head of compliance and money laundering reporting officer, and Becky Dixon as growth manager.
Ampla works with introducers, legal professionals and direct clients to provide funding for legal proceedings and lending designed to be repaid from future inheritance. The firm combines technology-led processes with manual underwriting, allowing cases to be assessed on their individual merits.
Peter Beaumont, chief executive officer at Ampla Finance, said: “We are continuing to invest in the areas that matter most to introducers, which is clear communication, consistency and a team that understands the detail behind each case.
“Amanda, Hakeem and Ryan each bring different strengths, but all share a focus on working closely with brokers and professional partners to move cases forward in a considered way.
“These appointments enhance our ability to support introducers across a range of scenarios, particularly where cases involve legal complexity or time-sensitive requirements, and reflect the direction we are taking as a business.”
Wesson said: “I’m excited to be joining Ampla at a time when the business is building real momentum.
“There’s a clear opportunity to strengthen relationships with our introducers and partners, and to continue establishing the brand by ensuring our proposition is clear and easy to understand.
“I am looking forward to working with the team to support this and ensure our marketing reflects how the business operates and our values.”
Osinowo said: “A lot of the cases we deal with involve situations where timing and clarity are critical. Being able to work closely with introducers and legal professionals to find a solution and keep things moving is a key part of the role.
“I am looking forward to building those relationships and helping ensure finance supports progress rather than slowing it down.”
Eastoe said: “What stands out about Ampla is the focus on people as well as the outcome. Many of the scenarios we support involve important life events, and it is important that introducers and their clients feel supported throughout the process.
“I am looking forward to working closely with partners to help guide cases through and ensure clients are supported at every stage.”
