AFI makes changes to maximum loan sizes

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has increased the maximum loan size on a number of products.

It has raised the maximum loan size on the following products from £250,000 to £300,000:

* Two-year tracker, 90% LTV, for homebuyers, 5.79% with £99 fee
* Two-year fixed, 90% LTV, for homebuyers, 6.19% with £495 fee
* Two-year fixed, 90% LTV, for homebuyers, 5.99% with £99 fee (All Key Account Exclusive)
* Three-year fixed, 90% LTV, for homebuyers, 5.99% with £495 fee

The maximum loan sizes for the following products have increased from £350,000 to £550,000:

* Two-year fixed, 60% LTV, for homebuyers, 3.19% with £945 fee
* Two-year fixed, 60% LTV, for remortgagers, 3.39% with £495 fee
* Two-year fixed, 60% LTV, for remortgagers, 3.19% with £945 fee (All Key Account Exclusive)
