Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has unveiled a new service page on its website.

The &lta href=&quothttps://www.abbeyforintermediaries.com/content/our-service&quot&gtpage&lt/a&gt shows five key service metrics: Initial Application Set Up, Underwriting date, Document Validation, Average Offer Time, and Answering Your Calls.

AFI says these will be updated on a daily basis to give brokers an accurate picture of its current service levels.

Alan Mathewson, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for intermediaries to place their business with us and the launch of our new online service metrics is in direct response to intermediary feedback about how we can best support them going forward.
