Accord makes reductions to semi-exclusive prices

Accord is cutting fixed rates in its range of semi-exclusive products by up to 0.40%.

Product fees have also been reduced, with the completion fee now at £900, so the total product fee is now below £1,000 on the range (the booking fee remains at £95).

The new products include two-year fixed rates at 75% LTV, such as one at 3.69% for house purchase and remortgage purposes and two at 3.79% (one with £400 cashback for house purchase and remortgage and another with the refunding of valuation and legal fees paid on remortgages).

Remortgage package deals have also been introduced for fixed rate products, offering legal fees paid and refund of valuation, starting at 3.79%.
