Accord Mortgages will reduce selected residential and buy-to-let mortgage rates by up to 0.18% from 8am on Thursday 13 August.
The intermediary-only lender will cut fixed-rate residential products at up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) by as much as 0.10%.
House purchase rates above 80% LTV will fall by up to 0.11%, while remortgage rates above 80% LTV will be reduced by up to 0.05%.
Accord will also cut two-year and five-year buy-to-let remortgage rates at up to 75% LTV by as much as 0.18%, as well as extending the end dates of its buy-to-let products.
RESIDENTIAL RATES
The new residential range includes a five-year fixed rate for remortgages at 65% LTV, reduced from 5.11% to 5.01%. The product has no fee and includes a free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
A two-year fixed rate for house purchases at 75% LTV will fall from 5.05% to 4.95%. It has a £495 fee and includes a free standard valuation.
Accord will also reduce a five-year fixed rate for house purchases at 85% LTV from 5.02% to 4.91%. The deal has a £495 fee and includes a free standard valuation.
BUY-TO-LET RATES
In the buy-to-let range, a five-year fixed remortgage rate at 75% LTV will be cut from 5.09% to 4.91%.
A two-year fixed remortgage rate at 75% LTV will fall from 4.98% to 4.85%, while an equivalent product at 60% LTV will be reduced from 4.95% to 4.77%.
Each of the three buy-to-let deals has a £995 fee and includes a free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
