360 Lifecycle adds Checkmyfile credit reporting link

Published on

360 Lifecycle has partnered with Checkmyfile to give advisers access to clients’ multi-agency credit reports through its online FactFind.

The integration allows clients to download their own credit report, containing data from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, and send it directly to their adviser.

360 Lifecycle said the process would give clients greater control and transparency, while reducing administrative work for advisers.

It said receiving a complete credit file upfront would give advisers a clearer view of a client’s credit position, supporting more accurate assessments and better-informed recommendations.

Alex Rose, partnerships manager at Checkmyfile, said: “Checkmyfile provides the UK’s most detailed credit report, providing data from Experian, Equifax and Transunion in one place. Clients can easily understand their credit position and take steps to improve their credit health.”

360 Lifecycle has also announced platform enhancements intended to improve data accuracy and the client experience within 360 Office.

Campaign Manager now helps firms maintain cleaner communication lists and reduce message duplication, while new Workflow Configuration locking prevents simultaneous edits from multiple users, ensuring consistency and preventing conflicting updates.

The updates are now live for all users.

David Smith, managing director of 360 Lifecycle, added: “Partnering with Checkmyfile is another step forward in making the advice journey simpler and more transparent for clients.

“By enabling customers to share a complete multiagency credit report directly through the FactFind, advisers can build a clearer picture earlier, reduce backandforth administration, and deliver betterinformed recommendations with confidence.”
