Yorkshire Building Society is cutting rates on all fixed rate 85% LTV mortgages.

It has cut rates by 0.20 basis points.

New headline mortgages, all with a £995 fee, include two, three and five year fixed rates at 3.84%, 4.09% and 4.44% respectively.

Offset alternatives are available across and are priced at 0.20 basis points higher than the non-offset equivalents.

“These are very competitive rates and we remain committed to helping as many people as possible achieve their property aspirations,” said Sunjeev Sahota, Yorkshire Building Society product manager.

“By making reductions at the 85% LTV level we are ensuring that those with smaller deposits can benefit from the widespread cuts in rates we have seen across the market recently.”
