YBS Commercial joins FIBA panel

Specialist finance trade body, FIBA, has announced the appointment of YBS Commercial to its lender panel.

YBS Commercial is a mutual lender and part of the Yorkshire Building Society Group. Operating from four regional hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and Peterborough, it provides commercial investment, buy to let and SME owner occupier facilities.

The business prides itself on individual service, supporting each application with a nominated lending manager.

Adam Tyler (pictured), FIBA executive chairman, said: “We are delighted that YBS Commercial has joined the FIBA panel. Their hands on lending approach with a dedicated lending manager dealing with each case will provide our members with real continuity of service from application to completion.

“Their desire to work through intermediaries means that they are well equipped to work with our members and sharing our customer first philosophy, YBS Commercial will make a valuable addition to our lender panel.”

Mike Davies, head of business development at YBS Commercial, added: “FIBA is the ideal partner for us. As well as a strong ethical commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for customers, their members are knowledgeable and will value how our products can assist their clients and how our service will enhance their own. We are looking forward to working with FIBA and its member base.”
