Xit2 and Rightmove agree tie-up

Xit2 has embarked upon a new arrangement with Rightmove which will provide xit2 clients with access to Rightmove property data and valuation products.

The partnership will see Rightmove provide residential property information and AVMs to VEX Mobile, xit2’s new iPad compatible service for surveyors. Rightmove’s data will allow surveyors to access comparables, images, historic data, maps, AVM values and other relevant data on the surrounding area. Xit2 will also provide connectivity and integration via its existing fraud detection products with Rightcheck, Rightmove’s new fraud alert system.

Mark Blackwell , managing director of xit2 said: “A valuation package integrating our system and Rightmove’s data should be particularly attractive to lenders looking to improve the accuracy of valuations
