Whitehall Capital builds team to support growth plans

Whitehall Capital is planning to double its bridging book and has made two strategic hires in order to achieve this.

Firstly, it has appointed Naseer Ahmed as its new commercial director. He joins from BridgeHelp, where he was head of sales. At Bridgehelp, he converted the most terms issued into valuations.

At Whitehall Capital, Ahmed (pictured) will be responsible for expanding Whitehall Capital’s network of brokers and developers.

“We’re delighted to welcome Naseer and Steven to the company.” said Whitehall’s managing director, Anthony Bodenstein. “We’re confident that they will add great value, as we look to expand our bridging business and truly become the specialist lender of choice for investors.”

In addition, Steven Kelly has become vice president and is tasked with strengthening the bridging finance division.

Kelly is an experienced professional in the bridging industry, having spent six years working for NatWest where he was promoted to associate in origins, sponsors and specialist financing.
