Virgin Money unveils new exclusive fixed rates

Virgin Money is adding new products to its range tomorrow (Tuesday 10 May).

The products are are follows:

Exclusive:

  • New 75% – 90% LTV purchase fixed rates with £495 fee, includes £500 cashback.
  • New 75% – 85% LTV remortgage fixed rates with £1,295 fee, includes free valuation and free legals.
  • New buy-to-let 75% LTV five-year fixed rates with a £1,295 fee.

It is also withdrawing all 80% LTV fixed rates.

Meanwhile, selected 65%-90% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.23 percentage points, while selected buy-to-let 60%-75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.15 percentage points.
