Virgin Money unveils 7 Day Specials

Virgin Money has launched a series of New ‘7 Day Specials’.

They are available until 8pm Monday 22 July.

Details are as follows:

  • New 75% LTV Remortgage 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 4.40%.
  • New 80% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 4.46% with free valuation.
  • New 90% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 4.75% with free valuation.

At the same time, the lender is also reducing rates on the following selected Virgin Money products:

Intermediary Exclusives

  • 75% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver reduced by 0.04% to 4.63%.
  • 80% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver reduced by 0.08% to 4.65%.
  • Own New 90% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee reduced by 0.02%.
  • 75% LTV Remortgage 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver reduced by 0.12% to 4.65%.
  • Buy-to-let 5 Year Fixed Rates with a £2,195 fee reduced by up to 0.10%.
  • Buy-to-let 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates with a 3% fee reduced by up to 0.12%.
  • Buy-to-let 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with a 1% fee reduced by 0.05%.
  • Buy-to-let Retrofit Boost 5 Year Fixed Rate with a £1,995 fee reduced by 0.04%.

  • 90% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee reduced by 0.02% to 4.82%.
  • 90% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver reduced by 0.02% to 4.96%.
  • 95% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver reduced by 0.01% to 5.34.

Product Transfer

  • 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 3 Year Fixed Rates reduced by up to 0.10%.
  • 65% and 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rates reduced by up to 0.18%.
