Virgin Money pulls majority of exclusive deals and ups rates

Virgin Money has made a series of changes within its range of fixed rate mortgages.

The changes came into force at 8pm on Thursday 31 March.

All exclusive rates have been withdrawn, except its residential 80% LTV fixed rates which have been increased by up to 0.40 percentage points.

Within its Core range, all 65% – 85% LTV fixed rates have been increased by between 0.15-0.35 percentage points. In addition, selected 90% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.

Meawnwhile, all buy-to-let fixed rates have been increased by between 0.10-0.30 percentage points..
