Virgin Money announces mortgage rate increases

Virgin Money is making a series of changes to its mortgage range.

The changes will take place at 8pm on Wednesday 12 October.

Core residential fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.60 percentage points.

In addition, buy-to-let fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.49 percentage points.

Meanwhile, product transfer fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.60 percentage points.

Virgin Money has also announced that its 95% LTV two-year fixed rate will be withdrawn.
