Vida Homeloans’ Fee Saver product range now includes free legals for residential remortgages.

The range now consists of no product fee (saving up to £1,495), free legals for remortgages and the refund of valuation and assessment fee after completion (up to £650)/

In addition, Vida has announced an increase of 5% to the maximum LTV on Vida 3, Vida 4, Vida 5 and Vida 6 products (available to borrowers with impaired credit history).

The higher LTV options are also available on the Fee Saver range, for those borrowers looking to minimise their upfront costs.

Louisa Sedgwick, director of sales, mortgages, at Vida Homeloans, said: “We’ve received a fantastic response from the market for our residential Fee Saver range and are delighted to be able to enhance it further by adding free legals for remortgage cases with no additional cost to the customer.

“Our rapid growth in the specialist residential and buy-to-let mortgage sectors has been based on feedback from brokers, packagers and networks and this response to market demand makes our Fee Saver range even more attractive, particularly when combined with our flexible lending criteria and increased LTVs.”
