Twenty7tec has expanded its client relationships team with the appointment of Sophie Holloman as national account manager.

Holloman, who joins from Legal & General where she was a key relationship manager, will oversee key firms using Twenty7tec’s RESEARCH module and work with major distributors to drive adoption, alignment and additional value across the company’s suite of products.

She said: “My priority is to make sure clients feel supported and get the very best from Twenty7tec. That means really listening to their challenges, being proactive with solutions, and acting as a partner they can rely on.”

Having previously sold rival platforms, she admitted that Twenty7tec always stood out: “It was the benchmark, the one everyone compared themselves to. Now, being on this side of the table, I can see why. But I also see how I can add something extra by strengthening the relationship piece alongside the technology.”

PEOPLE-FIRST APPROACH

With a Fine Art and Professional Practice background, Sophie believes her creative perspective is a differentiator.

She said: “I’m a creative person, and I aim to combine this mindset with a people-first approach. At Twenty7tec I can truly be myself, which gives me the confidence to bring fresh ideas and build genuine connections with clients. When people see that authenticity, it makes it easier to deliver the best outcomes for them.”

She added: “I am not the type of person who wants to stand still. I want to make the most of this role and grow alongside the team. The way Twenty7tec supports its people makes that feel achievable.”
