TSB increases remortgage fixed rates

TSB has increased fixed rates by up to 0.20 percentage points on a number of remortgage products.

The rates on the following remortgage products have been increased:

  • Two-year fixed, 0-85% LTV (with no fee) for residential borrowers – rates increased by 0.20 percentage points.
  • Five-year fixed, 75-80% LTV for residential borrowers – rates increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.
  • Two-year fixed, 0-60% LTV (with no fee) for buy-to-let borrowers – rate increased by 0.20 percentage points.

The three-year fixed, 0-90% LTV for residential borrowers, is no longer available.
