TSB increases 2 and 5-year remortgage fixed rates

TSB has increased fixed rates by up to 0.20 percentage points on three of its fixed rate remortgage products.

The deals are as follow:

  • Two-year fixed, 0-85% LTV (with £995 fee), rates increased by 0.20 percentage points.
  • Five-year fixed, 0-60% LTV, rates increased by 0.15 percentage points.
  • Five-year fixed, 60-75% LTV (with £995 fee), rate increased by 0.10 percentage points.
