Towergate Health & Protection appoints head of consulting

Towergate Health & Protection has announced the appointment of Richard Jackson as head of consulting.

Jackson (pictured) will lead the employee benefits consulting team in the South of England to deliver Towergate Health & Protection’s growth plans in this region, and to support the development of the company’s client proposition and experience.

He joins from Gallagher and has previously worked at a number of companies within the industry including Bupa Global, with roles including director, people experience consulting; head of corporate sales; head of intermediaries and SVP head of employee benefits.

Jackson will be leading a large team of consultants and will be reporting to Chris Saunders, head of commercial PMI at Towergate Health & Protection.

Saunders said: “Richard brings a wealth of employee benefits leadership and consultancy experience that will help us to continue to provide professional advice, expert broking, and exceptional service to our customers, and to deliver our continued growth strategy.”

Jackson added: “I am looking forward to supporting the development of the client proposition at Towergate Health & Protection. I have a strong team around me, and I am keen to make a major contribution to the company’s growth and innovation.”
