TMW changes product offering

The Mortgage Works (TMW) will be making changes to its new business and existing customer product ranges from Thursday 20 November.

All existing products at 60% LTV will be made available up to 65% LTV.

Meanwhile, reversionary rates will be tiered by LTV (65%, 75% and 80%) starting from 4.49%.

​There will be a new lifetime variable rate up to 65% LTV with a £995 arrangement fee.

In addition, end dates across all new business and existing customer products will be extended.
