Three join BDM team at NatWest

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has appointed Paul Norgate, Emma Littleford and Paul Woodward to its its BDM team.

Norgate is returning to the intermediary sector from NatWest’s retail business where he was an area mortgage manager. Previous to that he worked in the RBS intermediary mortgage business as a BDM and corporate account manager. He will be working with a panel of brokers in the Warrington, Chester, North Wales, Bradford and Halifax areas.

Littleford has spent the last nine years working in NatWest’s mortgage business in a variety of roles, many of them in the intermediary sector. For the last 18 months she has worked in the BDM Support team working with BDMs and their brokers. In her new BDM role her focus will mainly be on Coventry, Nottingham and Leicester.

Woodward has amassed more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry in both retail and intermediary positions. He has held BDM and corporate manager roles with many lenders including ING, Lloyds, Platform, BM Solutions, Portman and Britannia. He is joining NatWest from Furness Building Society and will be looking after brokers primarily based in Bristol and Gloucester.

I am delighted to be able to appoint Paul, Emma and Paul. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and experience will I am sure be appreciated by the brokers that they will be dealing with.

“Research we conducted recently revealed that intermediaries place a high value on having a good BDM. We have a great track record for having BDMs that intermediaries trust and want to work with.”
