Source Insurance Ltd has appointed two new business development managers (BDMs) to its sales team.

The two new managers will be responsible for different areas of the business. Martin Gwynne will be spearheading the new push into the lettings sector. He joins Source from Homelet.

Meanwhile, David Wilson will be responsible for the midlands and eastern part of the country. He was most recently a BDM with Assurant.

The new additions bring the field based team up to five, which the Source expects to increase further over the next three months.

Rob Rushton, Source Insurance head of sales & marketing, said: “We are really pleased to have been able to attract such high calibre BDMs, both of whom compliment the diverse talents in our sales team.”

Kevin Paterson, managing director, added: “The addition of Martin and David is a key part of our growth strategy and key to our commitment to further increase our face to face presence in the field especially as we push into new sectors.”
