The Leeds Building Society has announced the appointment of a new head of intermediary distribution.

Martese Carton (pictured) has a background in intermediary mortgage distribution, including Mortgage Express, Birmingham Midshires and more recently NatWest Intermediary Solutions.

“I am delighted to welcome Martese to Leeds Building Society’s intermediary team,” said Jaedon Green, Leeds Building Society’s director of product & distribution.

“Martese brings with her a passion for intermediary mortgage lending, which aligns well with our values and appetite for continued growth in what will continue to be a competitive market place.

“Martese will build on the remarkable growth achieved over the last three years, and lead the next phase of our intermediary strategy.”
