TBMC has been added to the Family Building Society specialist packager panel.

It offers a range of buy-to-let products and packager exclusives, including a choice of discounted and fixed rates with additional product options for expatriate applicants.

Jane Simpson, managing director at TBMC, said: “We are pleased to be working with Family Building Society and joining their specialist packager panel.

“As a buy-to-let expert, TBMC is well placed to help deliver Family’s buy-to-let distribution targets and provide high quality mortgage applications.

“TBMC is always looking at ways of improving its lender panel and being able to offer buy-to-let mortgage solutions for all types of cases. Family Building Society has an excellent expat offering alongside competitive criteria such as no minimum income and lending to limited companies.”

Chris Agathangelou, commercial director at the Family Building Society, added: “We are delighted to welcome TBMC to our ever growing family. Serving the sometimes complex needs of the UK and ex-pat buy-to-let market has been key to our continuing success and we look forward to working with the team at TBMC.”
