Distributor expands sales team

TFC Homeloans has added three new sales positions to its operation.

Gary Barton has moved into a new role as business development manager (BDM). He previously set up the business’ London office and will now focus on the north west area in the capital.

Danny Robinson joins the TFC team as director of commercial business, and will oversee sales across the South of England from the London office. He previously worked for HSBC and Cooperative Insurance, and was more recently a high net worth financial and tax adviser based in London.

Simon Thompson is the new business development manager covering the North West of England, and moves over from TFC’s bridging and commercial team.

The specialist distributor said the three hires mark the beginning of a recruitment drive to create a BDM sales team across England and Wales.

Nigel Payne (pictured), managing director of TFC, said: “We spent last year growing our lender panels and boosting our distribution base. Now we are making sure our broker partners up and down the country continue to get the very best service by expanding our sales team to meet the growing demand.”

Robinson added: “TFC is an exciting place to be and 2016 is going to be a huge year as we grow the business further. We are a national business and our broker partners will benefit from our expanded team of BDMs on the ground, helping them to find specialist lending solutions for their clients.”
