TenetLime expands mortgage panel

Published on

TenetLime has expanded its whole of market mortgage panel with the addition of four new lenders.

It consists of three building society lenders and a retirement market specialist that is looking to increase its presence in the mainstream residential market.

They are Saffron for Intermediaries; Market Harborough Building Society; Marsden Building Society for Intermediaries and Hodge Lifetime.

Gemma Harle, TenetLime managing director, said: “The FCA has recently expressed concern that smaller lenders can have problems accessing bigger broker networks, but our experience is that smaller players are an important part of the market, offering benefits such as manual underwriting, a personal approach to case assessment and niche products, designed for more unusual lending circumstances.

“Our mortgage panel is built around fulfilling the needs of our end-consumer segment and access to more specialist products is an essential part of this.”
