Her most recent role was secretary and general counsel at Coventry Building Society where she was responsible for compliance of conduct regulation, legal and governance arrangements.

Davidsonsaid: “The challenges and opportunities facing the financial advice sector make this an exciting time to be joining Tenet, building on its strong culture of regulatory compliance and innovation. I am looking forward to working with our many business partners.”

Martin Greenwood, Tenet’s executive chairman added: “We are pleased to welcome Gill to the executive team as we continue to evolve and refine our proposition for the new regulatory environment.”
