The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has banned a sale and rent back advert.
The Land and Property Bank placed an advert in a local newspaper, saying: “CASH CRISIS? Local company offers homeowners fast solution. STOP! DON’T MOVE. Cash in on your house without moving! Sell and rent back. Large cash sum. Discreet sale. Mortgage clearance. Stop repossession. Guaranteed offer. Make a smart move today.””
