Source Commercial unveils online proposition

Published on

Source Commercial Online has launched, allowing brokers to quote, buy and amend landlord portfolio insurance policies online.

It can be used 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere on any device, whether PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

The platform at sourcecommercial.co.uk also enables brokers to download any statements or documents they require for the landlord portfolio policy.

Brokers are able to now submit portfolios with up to 20 properties and will benefit from 25% commission for the life of the landlord portfolio policy.

Source Commercial believes its new online platform will also save brokers time and money, manage multiple properties on one policy online and clients receive multiple property discounts.

Simon Thomas, managing director of Source Commercial, said: “This is a very exciting time for us here at Source Commercial HQ! It’s great to see months of hard work pay off and launch a system that is perfect for the Portfolio Broker market.

We understand how important time and ease is for our brokers so that’s what we wanted to focus on here with the online platform.”
