Source Commercial has announced the addition of Covea to its online landlord portfolio panel.

It joins E-Underwriting on the online platform. The new Covea product includes subsidence, property owners’ liability and loss of rent cover as standard.

There is also the option to add accidental damage cover to buildings and cover will be provided in full for up to 60 days when the property is unoccupied.

Brokers can now quote with the new Covea product online using any type of device. They can also submit portfolios with up to 20 properties online and will benefit from 25% commission for the life of the landlord portfolio policy.

Simon Thomas, managing director of Source Commercial, said: “It’s a very exciting time here at Source Commercial. This year we have already moved offices, launched an Online platform and have begun adding to that offering! We’re trying to save you, the broker, time and money.”
