The Source appoints IT chief

Source insurance has appointed Louis Russell as its new head of IT.

He joins from Red Apple Software, a sister company to Source Insurance where he was head of software.

Prior to this Russell was part of the developer team at Source Software.

Kevin Paterson, managing director of Source Insurance, said: “I am really pleased that Louis is joining us and for me he will complete the circle within the senior management team, enabling us to bring our exciting list of developments to market much more quickly.”

Paterson added that the formal creation of this role was crucial to the delivery of a range of “exciting” IT developments planned for the next 12 months.
