SortRefer secures Investors in People accreditation

Published on

SortRefer has achieved full accreditation to the Investors in People core standard.

The internationally recognised accreditation is held by 14,000 organisations across the world. The Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Kevin Tunnicliffe, SortRefer’s managing director, said: “This was a voyage of discovery because no matter how much you think you are doing everything a modern employer should be doing to motivate, develop and communicate with your employees, we learnt a huge amount which we have endeavoured to put into practice. It has made us a better business for our employees, our partners and our customers.

“We are delighted to have achieved this accreditation and I would urge every business in the financial services market to invest in this process.”
