SmartrCriteria available to The Right Mortgage & Protection Network members

Published on

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has become the latest network to provide their members with free access to the new online mortgage sourcing service, SmartrCriteria.

SmartrCriteria, developed by Legal & General Mortgage Club, is designed to help advisers find the right lender for their customers, particularly where cases are complex and do not fit standard type criteria.

The basis of the new service is based on the large number of enquiries received by the Club’s Mortgage Support Services via telephone and live chat function every week. This information has been distilled into a database of criteria that can be searched by advisers on any device.

Martin Wilson, CEO at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, said: “In today’s data connected world, it’s important that our Network continues to support its members with innovations that both improve efficiency and enhance what are already high levels of service between customer and adviser.”

Adam Stretton, managing director at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, added: “Our members already enjoy the benefits of a time saving and intuitive CRM system with integrations with some of the leading sourcing systems.

“With the addition of Legal & General Mortgage Club’s SmartrCriteria, we know our members are getting one of the best possible solutions for complex cases.”
