SLS offers fast bridging product with Lowry Capital

Savills Lending Solutions (SLS) has launched a rapid bridging product called Express Bridge.

The product, funded by Lowry Capital, is aimed at clients who need to complete on bridging funds quickly. SLS says a service level agreement can be in place guaranteeing completion in five working days from start-to-finish. There is a maximum loan-to-value of 70%.

Rob Jupp , SLS director, said: “We receive many calls from brokers whose clients have been let down at the last minute by their existing arrangements. This means they have to pay a penalty for late completion
