The SimplyBiz Group has acquired 360 Legal Group Ltd, a legal consultancy and business support services company.

360 Legal Group offers a range of ancillary and development services which includes strategy and growth consultancy, training, business planning and mergers & acquisition support to law firms throughout the UK.

“Whilst working with the 360 Legal Group team, we have been impressed by the high quality and professionalism of the various services they offer and particularly with their exceptional level of customer service,” said David Kershaw, group member services director of SimplyBiz.

“360 Legal Group has an established and well-respected brand within the legal sector and so seemed a natural fit to develop the SimplyBiz Group.”

He added: “We are looking forward to building our relationship with 360 Legal Group and feel sure that this tie up will be popular amongst our member firms.”

Viv Williams, CEO of 360 Legal Group, said: “The new rules concerning outcome focussed regulation will change the way law firms are managed in the future and so legal businesses will need extra support to ensure they continue to evolve and thrive in the new world.

“We have long been impressed by the scope and standing of SimplyBiz Group and this new partnership will
enable us to access the group’s significant expertise and resources in applying these new rules to our profession whilst maintaining our established services.”
