Shawbrook makes commercial sales promotions

Shawbrook is restructuring its commercial mortgages’ field sales team.

The move includes four promotions in the team which provides nationwide coverage for its network of broker partners.

Both Lee Albino and Daryl Norkett, previously business development managers for the North and East Anglia & London regions respectively, have been promoted to regional development managers. Shawbrook said this will provide Albino and Norkett with additional autonomy to focus on their own strategies to drive business in their regions, while continuing to report into head of sales Sarah Woolf and sales director Emma Cox.

Marc Champ has been promoted to senior regional manager for the Central London region. Previously regional development manager, Champ will now support Shawbrook’s key sales initiatives in addition to managing Shawbrook’s Central London operation.

Gavin Seaholme has also been promoted to senior development manager from regional development manager for the Midlands region. He will work closely alongside senior management to strengthen Shawbrook’s offering to its broker partners.

Cox (pictured) said: “It gives me great pleasure to announce these well-deserved promotions within our field sales team.

“It is testament to the ongoing commitment and passion which Lee, Daryl, Marc and Gavin demonstrate on a daily basis in their respective regions. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Shawbrook way of doing business – applying good sense and expertise alongside an award-winning level of service – and I am confident that they will provide great value for our brokers and their clients in the years ahead.”
