Shawbrook appoints Daryl Norkett as head of products & markets

Shawbrook Commercial Mortgages has promoted Daryl Norkett to the position of head of products & markets.

Norkett (pictured) joined Shawbrook in 2015 from Barclays and has built a large panel of active broker partners in his role as senior development manager.

He will be building a small team to work alongside him as he continues to gather feedback from the market through the bank’s Broker Partner panel, using this knowledge to develop Shawbrook’s product offering.

Emma Cox, sales director for Shawbrook Commercial Mortgages, said: “I am delighted to announce Daryl’s well-deserved promotion. His hard work, dedication and market expertise makes him the ideal person for this new role within the commercial mortgages division.

“I am excited to see how Daryl will drive forward our ambitions to bring truly innovative products to market, based on valuable feedback from our broker panel.”
