Scottish firm joins equity release body

The Equity Release Solicitors’ Alliance (ERSA) has signed up new Scottish member, Caesar & Howie.

Caesar & Howie was established in 1792 and is one of the oldest firms in Scotland. They have specialised in equity release for over three years and have a growing team dedicated solely to equity release conveyancing.

ERSA is a group of established law firms that specialise within the area of equity release and Caesar & Howie joins the six founding members Equilaw LLP, Ashfords, Gwyn James, Goldsmith Williams, Birchall Blackburn LLP and Blacks LLP.

Claire Barker, ERSA chairman, said: “Caesar & Howie have growing experience in the equity release field and we are delighted to have them on board as the newest member of ERSA.
