Rosemount Financial Solutions announces senior promotions

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has announced a series of senior promotions as the growing mortgage, protection and financial planning network continues to expand both its adviser base and internal team.

Zac Bawa and Jacob Bawa have been appointed sales director and operations director respectively, having previously held business executive roles.

Anne Sykes moves from adviser relationship manager to strategic adviser manager, while Callum Wilkinson steps up as strategic relationship manager.

RECORD YEAR

The promotions come on the back of a record year for the firm. In 2024, Rosemount saw revenues increase by 25% compared with the previous year, with protection business up 33%. Over the past five years, revenue has grown by 56%, underlining the network’s consistent upward trajectory.

Growth in adviser numbers has also played a part in the firm’s expansion, with 31 new advisers joining the network in 2024.

This took total adviser headcount to over 130. Alongside the adviser growth, Rosemount added eight new members of staff across compliance, admin support and software development.

Ahmed Bawa, chief executive of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), said the appointments reflect the growing scale and complexity of the organisation and the individuals’ increased responsibilities.

“I’m delighted to confirm the new roles for Zac, Jacob, Anne and Callum, each of which are thoroughly well deserved.

“These promotions reflect the new responsibilities they have all taken on as the network has grown, and are also recognition of their hard work and dedication,” he said.

“Any business is only as good as its people, and we have built a formidable, committed team at Rosemount.”

CULTURE CLUB

Bawa added that the company’s culture has been a key factor in its performance: “A key factor in Rosemount’s growth in recent years has been the family feel we have established, ensuring that everyone – from internal staff to our adviser members – feel valued and enjoy the opportunities to develop their skills.

“The results speak for themselves, and we will continue to support all of those within the Rosemount family to reach their potential.”
