Roma Finance launches in Scotland

Roma Finance is now offering introducers in Scotland access to its bridging and development finance solutions.

Roma’s criteria caters for a range of property customer, including landlords and property professionals looking to acquire property for renovation and refurbishment.

Residential investment property, semi-commercial units and commercial buildings are all covered and the same products will be available in Scotland.

George Tuffin will head up the Scottish territory and In due course Roma Finance will be recruiting further sales staff to support this market as its expansion continues.

Tracey Martin (pictured), head of sales at Roma, said: “We see this launch into Scotland as a viable opportunity for the extension of our services. We now have extensive sales and underwriting teams in place, allowing us to continue to expand and we are all very confident of its success.”
