Bridging finance provider Roma Finance has promoted Daniel Hill to the position of lending manager.

Hill (pictured) has worked at Roma Finance for almost two years and has worked in the specialist lending industry for over seven years, having previously been an underwriter at Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.

He said: “This is an exciting time for Roma Finance as we look to build on what we have achieved over the past 18 months and our plan is to triple the size of the business this year.

“In my new role I will take on greater underwriting and case review responsibilities to help our broker partners on a wide variety of applications as the property and bridging finance markets continue to develop.

“I look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to introducers and being at the heart of the company’s development and future growth.”
