Capital Bridging Finance has reported September completion figures of over £20 million.

It beat its previous best monthly figure by 60%.

Keith Aldridge (pictured), the short-term lender’s managing director, said: “We have been improving month on month and are on track to double last year’s excellent completion results, but September has been outstanding.

“Completing nearly 40 loans ranging in size between £42,000 and £3.6 million is testimony to our strategy over the last two years of investing in experienced underwriters and continuing to expand the strong distribution relationships we have built throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

“We are delighted that in September our average loan size has increased by 20%. This supports our belief that the market continues to grow from a position of strength and that our growth plans for 2015 can be sustained.”
