RBS Intermediary Partners has launched three new products and changed the rates on a number of existing deals.

To its core range of mortgages it is adding a new RBS shared equity purchase product offering an initial rate of 4.99% and a £199 fee for a maximum loan to value of 70%.

There are also two new exclusive purchase deals for Connell’s, Sesame, Pink, Personal Touch, L&G, Openwork and Your Move. There is a new RBS two-year tracker offering a rate of 2.69% (BoE +2.19%) for a maximum LTV of 60% and a new RBS three-year fixed rate deal at 6.59% for a maximum LTV of 90%.

Graham Felstead, director of Intermediary Mortgages, said: “The shared equity market continues to be an important one for the industry and we are keen to support intermediaries who have clients using these schemes to buy their first home. We will also carry on from 2009 in our commitment to support our corporate partners with an attractive portfolio of products and excellent standards of service. The two new exclusive products have been launched in response to dialogue we have held with our corporate partners and have been developed to cater for the first-time buyer market and those clients with larger deposits.”””
