Precise Mortgages has launched a set of exclusive products available through a select group of packagers.

The exclusive Home Owner products are all three-year fixed rates, offering a refund of valuation and cashback and are priced at the same rate as the lender’s two-year fixed rates starting at 3.99% at 80% LTV.

An 85% option is also available. All products are open to first-time buyers and have no new build restrictions.

Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, said: “We are very well supported by our packager panel and we intend to increase the products available to them.”
